1. Purpose
The site sells virtual perks usable only on the Mesozoïc game servers (shop points, passes, tokens, kits, levels, lootboxes…). They are digital content with no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money.
2. Prices
Prices are in euros. The price paid is the one displayed when the cart is confirmed.
3. Orders
The player chooses their character and checks it before paying: the purchase is delivered to that character. A mistake in the character chosen by the player is not refundable. An order number and a PayPal transaction number are shown at the end of the payment; they let you follow the order on the order tracking page.
4. Payment
Payment is made through PayPal. The site never sees nor stores your bank details.
5. Delivery
Delivery is automatic, usually immediate after payment. Some items are claimed in game (F2 menu, Claim tab). If a game server is offline, delivery is made as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours. In case of a problem, contact support (cosmotek28@gmail.com or on Discord) with your order number.
6. Right of withdrawal
Digital content is delivered immediately. By paying, the customer expressly asks for immediate delivery and acknowledges that, once delivery has begun, they lose their right of withdrawal as a consumer.
7. Refunds
A purchase that has been correctly delivered is not refunded. A purchase that was not delivered, delivered twice, or delivered to the wrong character because of an error of the site is refunded or corrected.
8. How the game works
The servers are a leisure service: outages, maintenance, map resets, game updates or balance changes may change how a purchase can be used. A player excluded from the servers for breaking the rules cannot ask for a refund of purchases already delivered.
9. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability is limited to the price of the purchase concerned.
10. Age
Purchases are reserved for people aged 18 or over, or made with the agreement of a legal guardian.
11. Intellectual property
The elements of the site belong to their authors or are used with permission. Any reproduction without permission is forbidden.
12. Disputes and applicable law
The law of Suisse applies. Before any action, please write to support (cosmotek28@gmail.com or on Discord); we will look for an amicable solution.
13. Changes
These terms may change; the ones in force are those displayed on the date of the order.
