FAQ - common problems

My character does not show up in the shop

1. Make sure you did not keep the default name "Humain": give your character a unique name.
2. In game, type /eos, then write a message in the chat.
3. Reload the website's payment page. Your character should appear in the list.

If you changed character, repeat these steps with the new one.

I cannot buy an Ascension

An Ascension requires the website to know your implant number. Do /eos in game with that character, then reload the page.

I received nothing after my purchase

• Points, Colour tokens, Passes: they arrive automatically within seconds. For a Pass, the benefits can take up to 15 minutes.
• Ascensions, Explorer Notes, Chibi XP: they are not in your inventory. Open the shop with F2, Claim tab.
• Loot Box: delivered by hand by the staff, a delay is possible.

Still nothing? Message the staff on Discord with your character name, what you bought and the PayPal order number.

My Chibi XP did not level up my Chibi

The Chibi must be equipped when you claim the kit. Also claim kits one at a time, waiting a few seconds between each.

A kit was not applied

Claim your kits one by one instead of all at once: several commands sent at the same time can get lost. If the problem persists, tell the staff.

"Not enough tokens" when using /cg, /feed, /finishclone, /wake or /resetmating

These commands cost 1 token. Type /tokens to see your balance. You earn tokens every day at midnight (Paris time), and a pass gives more. Details in the guide Passes and dino commands.

A command does not work

Some commands are disabled on the server. Type /dinohelp to see the ones available to you.

I cannot find the server

• Look in the unofficial server list.
• Check the name shown on the Join page.
• Mods download on your first connection: let the download finish.
• Make sure your game is up to date.

When does the server restart?

Servers restart automatically every night, around 6 AM Paris time (5 AM in winter). They all stop at the same time then restart one after the other: allow a few minutes before you can reconnect.

Where do I sell my coins?

In game, F2 key, Sell tab: silver coin = 5 points, gold coin = 50 points.
