FAQ - common problems

If the solutions below do not help, open a ticket on Discord with your character name.

My character does not show up in the shop

1. If you were called "Human" (the default name), you were renamed automatically with a random name from our name database: look for your character under that new name.
2. Log in to the game with that character: it is registered automatically as soon as you appear.
3. Reload the website's payment page. Your character should appear in the list.

If you changed character, repeat these steps with the new one.

I cannot buy an Ascension

An Ascension requires the website to know your implant number. It is registered automatically when you log in to the game with that character: log in, then reload the page.

I received nothing after my purchase

• Points, Tokens, Passes, Loot Boxes: they arrive automatically in under 15 minutes.
• Ascensions, Explorer Notes, Chibi XP, Loot Boxes: they are not in your inventory. Open the shop with F2, Claim tab.

My Chibi XP did not level up my Chibi

The Chibi must be equipped when you claim the kit.

A kit was not applied

Claim your kits one by one instead of all at once. Wait a little between each click.

"Not enough tokens" when using a command

These commands cost 1 token. Type /tokens to see your balance. You earn tokens every day. Details in the guide Passes and commands.

A command does not work

Some commands are disabled on the server. Type /dinohelp to see the ones available.

I cannot find the server

• Look in the unofficial server list.
• Type fr-me in the search: several Mesozoic servers exist.
• Check the name shown on the Join page.

When does the server restart?

Servers restart automatically every night, around 6 AM. They all stop at the same time then restart one after the other: allow a few minutes before you can reconnect.

Where do I sell my coins?

In game, F2 key, Sell tab: gold coin = 1,000 points.
